Tuesday Tip dedicated to our friend Anna

When cutting bangs, place a piece of scotch tape arcoss the child's bangs, then cut above the tape....gives you a straight line and easy clean up.

    I think the better tip would be "take them to the beauty shop and let the pros do it".
